Note on Lighting

Color may appear slightly different under various lighting (sunlight, indoor, LED), which is normal for natural Type A jade.

If you’d like, I can take more photos or videos in different lighting.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

Our shop specialized in Natural Jadeite “Type A”, meaning the jade has not been dyed, impregnated, polymer-filled, bleached, or chemically treated in any way.

Each piece is cut directly from the original rough stone, and the color, texture, transparency, and inclusions are natural characteristics of that specific stone.

Due to the nature of natural jadeite, variations in color, tone, texture, translucency, surface features, or internal inclusions are inherent and expected, and are not considered defects or quality issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is materially not as described in the listing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, color expectation, lighting differences, or buyer remorse.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in 100% original condition, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Any signs of wear, alteration, polishing, resizing, cleaning, testing, or damage may result in rejection of the return.

Shipping, Duties & Liability

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges incurred during the return process.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or additional charges caused by customs or postal services.
